During our time on earth, we must all prepare for our Akhira by gathering as many good deeds as we can and striving to live our lives knowing that we will eventually return to Allah. In the unfortunate event of the death of our loved ones, it can be hard to know what to do in this difficult time. Your Falkirk Central Mosque offers a range of funeral and bereavement services that will make sure the journey of your loved one is treated with the utmost care and due diligence and make things that little bit easier for you and your family.
In the event of any bereavement, we will
- Arrange the grave through the council (our local cemetery is at Hills of Dunipace Cemetery, Denny Road, FK5 4RY )
- Arrange the pick up of your loved one from the mortuary.
- Washing of the body (ghusl)
- Perform nimaz -e- janaza
- Organise the transportation of the body to the cemetery for burial
Khatam Shareefs and Quls can also be arranged through the masjid or privately in addition to the funeral services. For further details please contact the masjid.
